Zoning regulations are hereby approved and adopted by the Governing Body of the City of Whitewater, Kansas, as prepared and published in book form as model regulations by the Whitewater City Planning Commission with the technical assistance of Foster & Associates, Planning Consultants of Wichita, Kansas, under the date of January 25, 1993 and entitled “Zoning Regulations of the City of Whitewater, Kansas,” and the same are hereby incorporated by reference as fully as if set out herein.

Said zoning regulations have subsequently been amended by the ordinances enumerated in the history of this code section.

There is hereby incorporated by reference and adopted, the current Official Zoning Map delineating the boundaries of zoning districts and the classification of such districts, which map(s) shall be marked “Official copy of zoning district map incorporated into zoning regulations by adoption of Ordinance No. 471 by the Governing Body of the City of Whitewater on the 25th day of January, 1993” and filed with the Zoning Administrator to be open for inspection and available to the public at all reasonable business hours.

Said zoning map has subsequently been amended by the ordinances enumerated in the history of this code section.
